Ancore Digitali is a digital products and services agency with the address 411 Doylestown Road, Unit 76, Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, 18936. Presently for the agency's business activities outside of the United States, the company now uses the Pennsylvania address. The agency can be contacted via email using team@ancoredigitali.com for all compliance and regulatory questions.

2.  Data We Collect:

The only data collected by our website is when a visitor to the "Contact Us" page submits an inquiry form for which a Customer Name and Customer Email Address are required. Our sites are hosted on Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace. Standard technical data is stored by Google for informational reporting and basic website analytics according to industry norms.

3.  How We Collect Data:

Data is collected on our website only through the Google Forms feature on the "Contact Us" page. The instructions are clearly stated: "Please do not use this form to share personal information, sensitive data, or credit card details."

4.  Why We Collect the Data:

Customer Name and Customer Email Address are collected so that a representative from our company can respond to website visitor inquiries in the following categories: Request for Product Development/Software Engineering, Consulting/Speaking Engagements, Careers/Jobs/Internships, Graduate Student Nomination, Partnering/Investing, Administrative, Financial, Legal, Regulatory, Technical Feedback (ancoredigitali.com website), Other/General Inquiry. Reasons for collecting data are also related to marketing services and website improvements.

Customer Name and Customer Email Address are stored for 2 years by our agency or until website visitor requests to be deleted from our system. Any request for deletion will be processed within 30 business days of the customer's request. Technical data is stored for 26 months for Google Analytics.
